I’ve heard some folks claim to be Christian zionists. What does that mean exactly?

That’s a gullible guy who think another group of people is entitled to evacuate a country in order to occupy it and install their ethnostate.

Had they grown testicles, they would mind their own business and make themselves masters of their own land again.
