Um... that MIGHT work in a 10-based arithmetic system, but when you are referring to "0s and 1s" as the basis for computer code, then it's a BINARY system, and 8 and 9 don't exist as numbers, EXCEPT as expressed by 1s and 0s.
So 8 in binary is 1000 and 9 is 1001.
So what is your point, exactly?
