I actually worked with a black woman that told me (ashamedly) that her sister had kids for the money. She was on her who-knows-how-many and the responsible sister (my co-worker) was often having to help take care of them. Welfare is for those who can't do practical math.

They do exist. In line for books when I attended community college years ago, two young black women were talking about the cost of everything and how it was tough to juggle school and work. Another woman piped up and said “girl, have you a baby”. Yes, bring another innocent human into the world to further your own selfish interests. That’ll work out well for all involved 🤦🏼‍♀️
