Or... people because of human nature behave like dogs in Pavlov's experiment. Reward certain behaviors to get more of the same behavior. Free checks, food and healthcare for life. Have a baby, go to a cooperative doctor, more free checks for life. Although it is more prevalent with women because of the child-care responsibilities, it is same stimulus/response behavior observed in men.

Sure, but men have cognition and can interrupt that. Dogs can not. There are both classical and operant conditioning to work with. One is the involuntary response to a stimuli, the other is a trained response to a stimuli.

Learned all that cool shit in college but I applied it in K9 training for the past 20 years. Humans can only be screwed with if tjey refuse to think. The government makes giving them the authority to think for them easy. So the lazy do it.
