Note that crickets are listed as an ingredient, but rather as a "may contain". This is probably done because someone sued this company for not saying it may have some cricket residue, which if an organic product, would likely contain all sorts of insect residue. The tradeoff between having no pesticides in a food product is having MORE insect residue than the regular products. Someone allergic to rats will probably sue them at some time, and then they will have to have "may contain rodent hairs" :)

I didn't catch that it actually has cricket flour listed as an ingredient! I wonder when roach flour will be an ingredient in some foods? :)
