USA league, Toronto foreigners/guests. If they don't allow the players to play that is the Toronto problem - they should be forced to play their home games in USA or default.
for a few months the Toronto team actually played its games in Buffalo, NY for precisely this reason.
Then they moved games back to Toronto to get more fans in the stadium. That is what has caused much of the problem.
Toronto does come to the US a lot to play, as I understand it. So Kansas is just going to a home Toronto game. Aren't the Blue Jays part of MLB? (I don't really ever watch it). Seems fair if they come to play games, their opponents would go to their home stadium to play sometimes as well. I'm not sure what your issue is?
