I really think the thing he has done effectively is reach out to disenfranchised Dem voters. There are a large number of Dems who are more socially conservative than the Dems who run the state. They don't like things like the proposed infanticide bill and alphabet agenda as much as MD Dems like to believe.
Dan has also made it a point to debate Dem candidates as well as his GOP opponents. Kelly Schultz always seems to avoid debating Dan in particular. Her excuse is he's a conspiracy theorist and he's not worth debating, but if that was the case she could have used the debates to take him down a peg. If heaven forbid she wins the primary she is completely ill-equipped to debate in the general. Not to mention she has to defend Hogan's record to both Republicans and Democrats.
Nice to hear a first-hand account of the man. I will be very proud to vote for him.
Yes, he is solid on every issue, he even authored articles of impeachment against Hogan (which didn't make it to the floor due to dem committee supermajority, but at least he tried!). He is not afraid to stand up for unpopular opinions if they are constitutional and right. One of the most important issues is personal freedom in regards to medical treatments and he is firmly against jabs for jobs and got insane scrutiny in the House for his outspokenness against forced jabs and masks (they would barely allow him on the floor and made him sit in the very back sequestered like a pariah all of last session because he said his medical status was none of anyone else's business). People are waking up. My only concern is with the dropboxes and the normal election thievery that goes on here.
I did enjoy hearing about his articles of impeachment against Hogan. That man was every bit as bad as the Dem governors when it came to the lockdowns. He let the county executives make mask policies, but wouldn't let county school boards decide on reopening their districts. He has a lot of blood on his hands, and I will not be sorry to see him go. Praying for Dan and his family in the days ahead.
