I gotta tell you guys something. I live around the corner from Harvard & often cut through for errands now & then. One day, when I was passing by Harvard Divinity School maybe 3 or 4 years ago I smelled in the air the scent of old old church wood. You know, the smell old church pews waifting was in the air for some reason. So I looked around & sure enough I saw a whole slew of those beautiful old pews sitting in the dumpster. What a shame I thought.
This was just outside of Andover Hall (The old churchlike building of the divinity school ) & it was obvious that construction going on inside so I asked one of the construction workers what was going on. He told me "They are getting the Christian out"
My sense was that he was not a fan of the idea but it's a job, you know. He's doing what he's told.

Very good input. I liked this tale.
