Hm, I took a look at the data from VAERS site, https://vaers.hhs.gov/data/datasets.html has all of the information sorted by year. If you look at the data from the VAERS DATA column, you can see the vaccines for each case listed in column AC on the spreadsheet. USJNJFOC is Janssen (J&J), USPFIZER is the Pfizer vaccine, and USMODER is the moderna vaccine.

If if is not listed in that column, you can check the file in the VAERS Vaccine column on the Data set page, if gives more information about the vaccines for each case, including things like the vaccine batch number and the number of shots, you just have to cross reference with the case number in column A.
