The income tax is UNCONSTITUTIONAL
PERIOD
technically untrue.
There is a provision in there for allowing it, which congress exploited during WWII to fund the war effort, then never revoked...
Yes, to clarify, income tax is for Corporate activities or gains not for Man's labor.
They just tricked Man to identify as persons Aka corporations.
That's what your name in capital letters is. Your bills or any correspondence with say, the IRS you get in the mail, our names are always capitalized.
That's why they call it "your person" when talking about ID.
