Whoa!! your post made me make my husband "Q" up the movie and it just ended. Definitely some coms there. The #17 Jersey Sharon Tate is wearing at the end for one. Wondered if there was any other reason for it and found this:

"That's the craziest thing," he said with a laugh. "But that is definitely my dad's jersey. I'm dying to solve the mystery of why Tarantino put my dad's jersey into the final frame of the movie."

Why indeed.

Don Meredith's son since it was clearly a Dallas Cowboy's jersey with his number. But there's no real rational connection for Tarantino putting in the movie. Then there's the scene where Brad Pitt keeps asking the Manson hippies, "So you are all living here. On a movie set. You are living on the set of a movie." Might be slightly off but he said it like three times. And the scene where DiCaprio and Pitt are watching show FBI. Seriously, hate to give Hollyweird my money but curiosity caught the cat.
