Yep! And he's begging the Saudis for increased production to cause pre mid-term election price decreases. That way he doesn't have to undue any of the strangleholds he (well really Obummer, et al) deliberately placed on U.S. production and refinery. Actually can ramp up the strangleholds afterwards.

I have faith though in the long-term strategy of the white hats and anons. The pain still isn't fun, but worth it in the end.
