hmm Hunter wasn't on that ship, he was Navy Reserve and he was a public affairs officer and he was in from 2013/14 So that was not his patch.

Why would the Navy give Hunter a jacket? Maybe Joe. This whole Hunter laptop stuff, a lot of it seems like comms to me. But idk.
It's more likely it was given to Joe, but who knows? Hunter does seem to get around.
