Seems her health had been in decline this year so, that pluss age, is no shocker if she fell down stairs w/without heart attack even. Maybe she fell down what caused a heart attack and was still alive for a lil bit, tried to get up then failed. Who knows at this point. I mean, my grandma slipped stepping into the shower one day around mid 70's and broke her arm, dont take much (depending on health). If it turns out at all suspicious, I am sure the Trump's will be all on that with a fine tooth comb.
