I don't carry health insurance either, and haven't for 15 years. I also haven't ever seen doctors for regular care, only in emergencies (appendicitis in 1994 when, fortunately, I had insurance, and a finger tuft fracture in 2015, paid for out of pocket).
All I hear is fearmongering while I stash $600 a month into my savings account for a possible future health care issue that seems to never happen because I live a healthy life
I am with you, and to date I have saved over $150,000 on premiums, copays, deductibles, etc. And that includes the nearly 15k in tax penalties I paid to not have insurance.
I stopped my when obama care launched too. And i've sworn off doctors for the last 13 years and transitioned to a wholistic lifestyle for health instead. The damn doctors were slowly killing me since I was 17 and it took my 30's before I realized it.
There is a econ blogger who has been saying for a very long time, “best way to protect your wealth, is to protect your health.” Learn how to exercise and eat better to get as healthy as you possibly can if you don’t want to die young in a hospital.
I'm so blessed that they haven't forced the Vax on me or anything else...During my battle with the bottle I've had nearly half a dozen hospitalizations for pancreatitis
It was already a mess back in 1994 when I had appendicitis. Told the first two doctors that's what I thought it was, but of course what did I know. Four weeks and 3 doctors later and one of them finally agreed with me. Likely the only reason I didn't die from their mistreatment is that I'm very healthy.
I nearly died from appendicitis as well but it was because I waited a couple weeks until my appendix burst into pieces before I went in to the hospital. The doctor said it was probably the size of a grapefruit before it had burst. I thought that I had food poisoning and would get better on my own. The doctors in the end screwed up my credit score by not sending me all of the bill and sending some of it to a collection agency.
Agree 💯🎯! I’ve been reading up on (and practicing) healthy eating for the past two years. I don’t get sick anymore and I’m pretty sure that I know more about nutrition than most doctors. I figured that if doctors are not going to take healthy eating seriously, then I’d better do it myself. Also, I always have a few nutrition books on hand to give to others when the time is right.
Find out what your great grandparents ate, and eat that.
Stop eating packaged foods. Cereal is for cattle, goy boy...
Stop using food coupons. If it's got a coupon, it's crap.
Read labels. Find out what modified food starch is and what it hides.
Eat fresh foods with live enzymes that carry Life's Force Energy
If it wasn't alive at one point, don't eat it.
Protein. It's not an actual meal, if it doesn't contain protein.
Eat something green every day.
Avoid soy, soybean oil and hydrogenated oils at all costs.
Ask the question, "Can the body make blood out of this?" - Body can't make blood out of chips, ladies...
All of this should be common knowledge, but the invaders have obscured it with endless lies and bs over the years. E.G.- "eggs are bad". The key to health is within food/diet. This is why they don't even ask about it when you seek answers from the medical machine AND why protein sources are under attack recently.
(The reason I don’t carry health insurance) been protesting it since the Obamacare mandate

Good luck being diagnosed properly the first time. It's pretty rare for anything not blatantly obvious.
Yep, and those with money to get 3 separate "opinions" found out they would get 3 separate diagnosis. The docs are literally just guessing.

Haven’t been to a doctor or hospital in 26 years. Healthy as ever

Look up "direct primary care." It's your best chance of getting a doctor that doesn't have head up ass syndrome.
