I saw the one result where someone printed off her voter's registration record that shows all past changes such as address changes or name changes, etc. They noted that on her record, under the name Michelle Obama, there was a change made in 2007 or 2008 for the listed sex of the voter. It was changed from M to F.

I didn't see where her name was changed, though.
