I read somewhere that Ivana had live in help or a live in home health aid.

This is not the same as having someone who can protect you. Family members can aid you in ways hired help are not able to/capable of.

I understand what you meant. Although at the time of Ivana's fall, she was alone in the house. Her housekeeper, I think it was, had left the day before, sometime in the late afternoon. I think it was around 4PM.
