I've seen many commenting that Saudi Arabia is not a member of BRICS. It's true for now, but they are trying to get on board along with a few others. RT reported on this a few days ago:

Get to work guys. What's the connection with Trump and Egypt/Turkey? This is getting very interesting. And don't forget, "The news of the three nations’ plans to join BRICS comes after Iran and Argentina officially applied for membership in late June." It sounds like they are going to reshape the current world order after all. This is huge.
