In the video, notice the word "danger" on the guardrail.

What does a dam hold back?

Water.

The historic landmark was constructed between 1931 and 1936 during the Great Depression

The generated electricity is enough to serve more than 1.3million people across Nevada, Arizona and California.

This is a threat.

If the dam "blows", DS is saying "They'll crash the economy".
