Among other quotes from the article: "This is the highest security clearance that is available with the NRC."

I was wondering if this is why "Q" was chosen as the designation and am sure the top anons here can quickly confirm yea or nay.

Sorry if this is already well known, but I was wondering and thought therefore that others might also.

It could be comms-related. "Nuclear," as in nuclear information, explosive information. Q has been pointing all of us towards uncovering "bombshell" information. Get it?
