Read the thread. More info is in order:

This is promoted by a private group that sells these cards, so that brainwashed kids can use them to force doctors et. al. into compliance with their agenda. An organized effort to send gays into bakeries for wedding cakes, except it's sending brainwashed kids to doctors and other professionals.

Definitely evil, but also a very different situation than what is described: it isn't a medical group handing these out on every pediatric visit. If it were, they should name the doctor/medical group.
