I drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee every day and I haven’t had a cup of coffee in a couple of days and my headache wasn’t going away so I had a cup of caffeinated tea and my headache is gone I was having caffeine withdrawal on top of the flu. I think people don’t realize that when they’re sick they stop drinking coffee and that gives them a pounding headache

I would get them on the side of my head, but I think mine were related to neck muscles and my actual neck nerves / ligaments as well as my shoulder, from sleeping on a shitty pillow. They come around every so often but I can usually trace it back to something tangible.
Fren, you may want to look into getting some NAC. The vascular antioxidant effect may help you in large doses.
