Fraud most likely happened EVERYWHER up and down the ballots.

The 2020 election was such a colossal sh-t show with SO many shenanigans and SO much fraud and destruction of evidence that it'd be impossible to EVER know or be able to determine who actually won what races and who was outright installed.

Redos (because of election maladministration) might be the way to resolve the problem.
