I have very little doubt that the People are an integral part of the plan. Without the People taking back control of government at the township, county and State level, the plan fails no matter what the WHs do. They can arrest and convict and hang hundreds for treason, but the People absolutely must be prepared to fill the vacuum created or we slip right back into tyranny.
