YES. And the GREAT Samaritan popped him 8 out of 10 times from 40 yards within 15 seconds of him emerging from the bathroom. He had a divine hand over him that day.

Awesome! What a lousy mass-shooter. He wanted 15 minutes of fame but got 15 seconds of failure.

We could use more failures like this to set a good example for them to stay home and leave the innocent alone.
