I would never do this because of the whole Karmic debt/ living with yourself and sleeping at night aspect but ... how easy would it be for a few snipers to follow their activities and show up on a roof top of where they broadcast their followers to come and create a ruckus?

If a few groups of them gathered and just got dropped, I wager no one else would show up to be idiots.
