Considering it's supposed to be a marker, I think it would have to be someone who would be known worldwide.
If it's someone like HRC, not sure how that would play out, but if it's 4-10-20 then that would set the world on fire - no-one would be able to ignore it and the MSM would have to report it (even if they knew it was going to backfire on them).
