Well, I was seriously harmed by Vitamin B6. Took it in normal multivitamins, and then a higher potency multi, no big deal. In 2016, started having weird neurological symptoms. Doctor friend told me to add Vitamin B Complex, which I did. Altogether, was taking 100mg B6 per day. Things went to hell. I never suspected the vitamin, and no one ever mentioned it. I suffered from total digestive meltdown, increasing severe neurological pain, burning feet, pain attacks and all night insomnia. I was told nothing was wrong with me, it was menopause or normal aging, oh and you just need a sleeping pill. 6 years went by with lots of ups and downs, symptoms included the feeling of my insides vibrating, heart palpitations, severe anxiety, skin problems, digestive symptoms, joint pain, and then it felt like the inside of my skin was on fire from head to toe. Eventually diagnosed with Small Fiber Polyneuropathy. One of the direct causes? Vitamin B6 Toxicity. I researched it, started a protocol to heal from B6 toxicity, and my symptoms vanished. Full healing can take time, but for me, it was like night and day. So yes, I would say B6 is very dangerous for some people. Here's more info: https://understandingb6toxicity.com
