Please no judgment or fuck it, but NYC was under Giuliani when 9/11 happened right? What and why did he not know? Before you all go skank on me, I love Rudy. Visiting NYC under his reign was great. Clean mostly which it isn’t now and I believe him to be a true Patriot but how the fuck was he clueless about this?
