I don't. My inability (or unwillingness, because I have better things to do) to explain the details of any disease, ailment, affliction, etc. to your satisfaction does not automatically make your assumed answer correct. If that's your standard of evidence then you might as well simply get all your answers from the television.
And why am I expected to put in great effort answering your vague, non-specific and open-ended question, when you put almost zero effort into asking it?
I will point you to Polio, assumed by TV watchers everywhere to be caused by a virus. It has to be caused by something, right? Well yes, but the likely culprit was the heavy metals used in pesticides of the time -- arsenic and mercury based ones, and eventually DDT. It's taken 50 years for this much more plausible answer having real evidence to back it up to finally get some traction. Does that mean that Polio used to be caused by a virus, but is now not caused by a virus?
I can ask you a simple question, too. Where are the isolated samples of the herpes virus? Where are its electron microscope image? They don't exist, because the virus does not exist.
