This reminds me of an evangelical family I knew from San Diego: they went round challenging churches to preach the gospel and usually got thrown out. Ended up praying for people and healing many in the parking lots.

They were. I remember the look of indignation on an Anglican priest's face when Jerry (the father) asked if he knew Jesus, he almost pointed to his dog collar. Unperturbed, Jerry carried on witnessing, with great humility and love; slowly the man's pride melted and he realised he needed to be saved. It was very moving.
