For fucks sake people. Get a grip.

If it happens, the new resident can appoint a new VP but they have to be approved by BOTH houses of the congress before official.

It wouldn't be that easy especially if that kid blood sucker was appointed. Read your history, it's happened before and a VP was not conclusively decided, it would happen again.
