Previously, TS was only accessible to people who reside in the USA (aka could access via a US-based IP address. VPNs were used by some to circumvent this restriction, but verification was still necessary via US phone number (apparently).

This week, TS has expanded to be available to UK-based IP addresses and residents.

But the rest of the world is still on the wait list. Canadian, Aussie, NZ, African, Indian anons, in fact rest-of-the-world anons (humans) still are locked out and waiting.

Previous meme had only US vs World anons. This one is updated to include the UK-ers.
