While I enjoy the flavor of coffee, I mainly drink it first thing in the morning for the wake-up effect. The longer the beans are roasted, the more caffeine it loses. Hopefully https://www.absolutebearing.coffee/shop will eventually start selling a light roast. I've set a quarterly reminder to check back on their site…
