I could believe he was acting as a white hat if he didn’t make that letter public before the Electoral Count started. It’s not the letter itself, it’s the timing which was noted in the DOD memo that was tracking January 6th events.

What benefit do the white hats gain by inflaming the tens of thousand of MAGA supporters in DC for President Trump’s rally who thought Pence would fight for them?

How does providing motive for the false flag accomplish any white hat objectives? If there was no Pence Letter before the Count, there was no motive because MAGA would have spent the day believing Pence would do what he promised, fight to stop the steal.
