She refers to her as Stephanie Grisham once, then Ms. Grisham five times, and weirdly just Grisham once. Maybe I'm just looking too closely but it seems "normal" to say the full name the first time and then "Ms. Grisham" the rest but to miss the "Ms." on one in the middle-ish comes off strange...hmm🤔🧐
