Dear Lord, comfort the family and friends of Mark Aungst. Guide them through the coming days as they deal with what has happened. Protect them from the prying eyes of an uncaring press. Bring the people they need to assist them and provide any resources necessary for whatever circumstances that may arise. Strengthen them with your presence, comfort them with salvation through Christ Jesus, and fill them with your Spirit. I ask this in Jesus’ Holy name, Amen.
