A guy from work has sepsis...isn't caused by the vax?

As soon as he told me he has sepsis, i thought i remembered reading something about the vax causing that. Am i remembering wrong?

Sepsis is when infection is in bloodstream, no longer in og area infected. Compromised immune system can be the reason that happened. Very sad times.
