Money is the key, in this case currency and by extension: the finance sector.

I just.got.hold of a analysis of where WEF money is coming from. I have to digest it, but indeed, Q was right. Infiltration instead of invasion. And of course NGO pumping operations.

As you will probably know, draining a swamp is cutting of currency. But before you can do that you need to put up some dikes.
