That is stupid as hell. Likely people who are needing naps too often have some BP issue.
I'm the king of the combat nap myself.
Wake up at 3am, do all my reading, go to the gym at 530am. Get done at 730.
Go home and spend time having coffee and prayer with the wife. Then I start whatever work I have for rhe day planned.
My BP is just fine. Around 3pm if I'm home and feel like it ill do a 15 to 20 minute combat power nap. I can sleep anywhere too.
I’m curious what time you can fall asleep at night and how well you sleep at night? I have always been a super light sleeper, and the smallest nap during the day makes night time sleeping even worse. I work out 2-3 times a week and do 12 hour on my feet all day work as an RN 3 times a week. It’s been the biggest frustration all my life.
My husband on the other hand? Just like you - can power nap at the drop of a hat anywhere! He’s a former Marine, so maybe it’s the Vet aspect for you guys?
My hubby is also former military. He can sleep anywhere. It's like a you can say "B, sleep now!" and immediately he's zzzzz.
