Until names are offered and testimonies have been certified / verified / corroborated, this can't be relied on. This is something the DS does all the time and it does nothing but hurt them in the end. We can hope it's true, but we can't rely on it.

Don't get me wrong: I want it to be true. It's just too easy for it to fizzle-out.
