They could move to Milwaukee. The crime is really low there and the people are so nice and sweet. Here's some local news from the area.

They could move to the property that foxcon backed out of, since in anticipation of their arrival all of the infrastructure was upgraded to accommodate the manufacturing and transportation needs. It would be in wisconsin and accessible from milwaukee and IL northern suburbs where the more affluent live.
