Thank you for this reminder. I think so many people miss the "[unseal]" part of the first line. I'm no expert, but to my way of thinking, the DS wouldn't bother keeping anything they had on Trump "sealed" and wait to "unseal" it. I think they would throw everything they had at him like they've been doing for years. To me, that one little word, "[unseal]" leads me away from believing that the first indictment could be Trump. Just my opinion.
