For once I agree, this is a fake picture, an illusion. Whether the origin is a real Biden or not, this is a construction.

I can see that. Just adds to the creepiness. But while I have scoffed at many wrinkles and photo artifacts held up as evidence of a mask, this time the area around the eyes did strike me as a "mask," the kind you put on a picture to insert an effect in a part without disturbing the rest.
