With the price of houses going through the roof, Blackstone will be lucky to be able to purchase one city block of a midwest town. $250k for a single family 1700 sq/ft house on average doesn't go very far. I guess they want to start putting immigrants in those houses to make solidly white neighborhoods a blend of colors.
