If aliens came from our nearest star....and traveled at a speed of 1,000,000 miles per day....It would take them 70,000 years to get here. The other issue has to do with Who provides them with salvation since the entirety of Creation fell with Adam.

If they open up worm holes or use consciousness-based tech with remote-viewing operating systems, the speed by which they navigate is irrelevant. Time-space continuums becomes a secondary though.

Or, everything is happening on this realm we call the Earth, and there is a whole lot more of it kept hidden from us.

I’m inclined to believe that we are Middle Earth and the reptilians and other “magical beings” took off to other continents and took their magic with them like the Elves in LoTR.
