Here is another thought, and this doesn't exonerate Tylenol. Maybe vaccines are the cause of a child developing Autism and some of the blame is being unfairly given to the aspirin.

Could be both to be honest. They are finding Skittles change peoples DNA. Imagine an actual over the counter medical pill......@_@. Fucking scary to be honest. Really makes me re-think eating anything processed. But shit I dont know how to farm
