Adjacent (or adjacencies) is a pretty common business term. I see it as a common tactic to use business words and technical terms to add legitimacy to an opinion. Or in other words, same as putting sewage in a fancy bottle.
Those in business may use that term in that manner but these boobs are going way off sideways into their pretend world.
I went to college with people like that. They thought the ability to sound smart while saying something stupid made them smart. The thing that worried me about them was that they would be placed into positions where they could impact others. Now here we are....
