You’re probably getting better collagen your way, but yes, I use the collagen. Expensive 40.00 for 9 oz. Not sure if I’ll continue but yeah, it’s good and is great for people who are diabetic (husband)
I'm post-menopausal and use that BioTrust collagen a few times a week in my coffee. My skin used to tear easily but since I started using it I rarely even get a scratch. And when I do get a scratch it heals faster. Hair is also thicker/stronger. I tried it because of SGT Report and Tim Pool (I use their affiliate links when I need more)
