The warnings are well taken. I encourage all to be wary, even skeptical, of those who call themselves prophets, and to create their own relationship with the Lord.
That said, this youtuber set out to do a hit piece, and if that's the worst he can do, he shouldn't have wasted his time. She's set her own deadlines, and will rightfully be abandoned by followers if her large, unambiguous prophecies (i.e., there is something hidden inside the statue of liberty, the Washington monument will fall, Trump will be back in power, enemy submarines will be publicly shown to have invaded the US Atlantic Coast, among others) don't materialize in this calendar year.
Yes, she has a lot of vague callouts ("an unusual weather event will take place") that can lead to confirmation bias, but she has also had a plethora of smaller confirmable prophecies that have been quite specific (Psaki, C Wallace as 2 examples) and well in advance of the happenings. And among those who call themselves prophets online, she's far more accountable than most, with timestamps, searchable archives, and even links to 3rd-party checkers. (Obviously predisposed to acceptance, or they wouldn't exist, but there are also folks like this guy just waiting to tear her words apart.)
She's got a lot of solid material: a critic should be able to do better than this. I've yet to see any of her words contradicted by events. (Granted, a lot of what she's said hasn't yet happened either.) It's good to have an opposing side, and to use discernment. I encourage any and all to give her a listen and decide for yourself.
The only prophet who has a decent track record in modern times to the Western world is Kim Clement. He predicted Trump, even called him by name, to be president, starting in 2007. He predicted that he would be impeached twice and that he would be president twice and that there would be a period of time where there would be two presidents.
But even in that case I have a wait and see attitude towards Clement. Green seems a bit more sensationalist IMHO, but I would love her to be right.
To me, Julie Green is proven. I've been watching her for a while. She often has prophecies that are insignificant, even silly, but she has explained that these are things God gives to build up trust. Recent examples include "Kalamazoo will be in your news for an unusual reason" and "a goat will be in your news for an unusual reason." As a matter of self-discipline, I have not actively sought out news on either one, but both recently came to my attention. Those items, seemingly random and from diverse areas, defy an easy explanation unless she has a timewarp Reuters feed or an NSA insider connection. On items like these, she seems to be completely pass-through, commenting "I have no clue what that means, but He said to say it, so there you go." I was initially resistant to her, because her appearance and presentation remind me of ditzy cheerleaders and student body leaders from high school. But as with those examples, age teaches us to look beyond the surface appearance. The video linked by OP is a laughably disingenuous portrayal, as anyone who's seen her videos will recognize. Time will tell, and we will see. Those who believe without seeing are taking a leap of faith.
I had zero interest in modern-day prophets until 2020, when I was led to Kim Clement. Among other things, Kim talked about different types of prophets, and how some preach doom and lamentation, but how others like him prophecy good news and joyous occasions, and how they can represent different seasons in the Lord's plan. Other times they can represent different messages to different people for the same times.
Just FYI someone has gone to a lot of work to document many modern day prophets. Julie Green figures prominently. Here is a link of Julie Green prophecies that he is tracking: https://prophecyindex.org/prophets/view/julie_green/
I only heard of her a few weeks ago and haven't really formed an opinion yet.
